Women, life, freedom – the rights denied in the Islamic Republic of Iran, a meeting organized by the Ass. CircolarMente
Iran is an Islamic republic full of impositions and prohibitions that often lead to violent repression, it is also an educated and cultured society, characterized by civil commitment and animated by writers and directors who enchant us and make us dream. As well as a country of resistant women, who courageously take to the streets to reclaim freedoms that we take for granted in Europe.
Speaker: Professor Farian Sabahi, senior researcher in contemporary history at the University of Insubria (Varese) and professor of contemporary history of the Middle East
