Tea Time concerto – XXIII edition

The XXIII edition of the “TEA-TIME CONCERTO” music festival is underway, organized by the “Sandro Fuga” Association and the Civic Institute of Music of the same name, with the contribution of the CRT Foundation and the Municipality of Avigliana and in collaboration with the Contrattempo Association and with UNICO srl.

The “Tea-Time Concerto” concert series was created with the aim of disseminating musical culture in the territory under the jurisdiction of the “Sandro Fuga” Civic Musical Institute, combining the existing educational activities with a moment of musical dissemination and aggregation which, by hosting young already career musicians and the teachers of the school themselves, offers the students of the Institute and the public of the area a further opportunity to get to know and approach the art of music, giving them the opportunity to listen to concerts of a high artistic level.

Here are all the scheduled events:

– Sunday 12 November: Giacomo Fuga, piano. Chopin’s 24 preludes
– Sunday 19 November: Nuvoleincanto quartet, 25 years without Fabrizio De Andrè. Memory of the Genoese singer-songwriter a quarter of a century after his death. Fabrizio Cotto vocals and guitar, Livia Hagiu violin, Alberto Palmulli guitar and Alex Jorio percussion
– Sunday 26 November: Elena Dedkova soprano, Achille Lampo piano. Music by Verdi, Bizet, Puccini and Rachmaninov
– Sunday 3 December: Matteo Sperti, piano. Music by Mozart, Chopin, Rachmaninoff and Brahms.
– Sunday 10 December: Lucia Caputo violin and Giorgia De Lorenzi piano. Music by Clausson, Debussy and Faurè.
– Sunday 17 December: Duo Fuga, Carlotta and Giacomo Fuga, 4-hand piano. Homage to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

The concerts will be held at the AUDITORIUM “D. BERTOTTO”, Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto 3 Avigliana

CONCERTS START AT 5.00 PM Free entry. Entries starting from 4.15pm
