a medical writer – meeting with the association Circolarmente

The cultural association Circolaremente, as part of the Pact for reading in the city of Avigliana, organized in collaboration with Spi Cgil Avigliana and Anpi Avigliana the presentation of the book “Nfkb. Scientific novel that talks about bacteria and shit “, which will be held on Wednesday 22 March at 8.45 pm at the Primo Levi civic library in Avigliana, in via IV novembre, 19.

It will be the same author, Dr. Renzo Suriani, who was head of gastroenterology hospital and president of the regional association of hospital gastroenterologists of Piedmont, to present this novel with a singular title. Reading it, one does not only find science, with the various aspects of knowledge and research, but the narrative voice of the protagonist.

The author’s alter ego recounts the experience of the son of a communist and partisan worker who made a career, albeit with difficulty, driven by two equally indomitable passions, one for research and one for social justice. Passions that often led him to deal even harshly with the medical institution, between victories and defeats. The author will be attended by Maria Grazia Sestero, honorary presidency of the national Anpi) and Franco Merletti, epidemiology of tumors at the University of Turin.
