Via Francigena Marathon Val di Susa

Non-competitive recreational and motor skills walk open to all walkers, to be completed at walking pace, without running, to make the most of the beauty offered by the route along the Francigena Piemontese in the footsteps of the anonymous Burdigalense.

2026 route

• MS – Marathon: Avigliana – Susa, approximately 45 km (passing through Sacra di San Michele), elevation gain of 1,400 m.
• ME – Easy Marathon: Avigliana – Susa, approximately 40 km; elevation gain of 800 m (without passing through Sacra di San Michele)
• HAS – Half Marathon: Avigliana – Villar Focchiardo, approximately 23 km (passing by Sacra di San Michele), elevation gain of 800 m.
• HAE – Half Marathon: Avigliana – Villar Focchiardo, approximately 18 km; elevation gain of 200 m (without passing through Sacra di San Michele)
• HS – Half Marathon: Sant’Antonino di Susa – Susa; elevation gain approx. 800 m over 25 km
• SS – Sacra di San Michele Marathon: Avigliana – Sacra di San Michele, approximately 12 km; elevation gain of 600 m
