A weekend dedicated to sport in Avigliana.

Saturday 20 September with open water swimming from 3pm to 6pm at the Avigliana Sailing Centre in Corso Laghi 182. From 8.30pm, also at the CVA, there will be a dance evening with ballroom dancing, salsa, Latin American and Caribbean dancing open to all, organised by the Armonia del Movimento and La Flaca dance schools.

On Sunday 21 September 2025, the Sports Council is organising a Sports Festival at the Alveare Verde park at Corso Laghi 100. From 2.45 pm to 7 pm, it will be possible to try out the many sports on offer. New for this edition is the youth card: if young people take part in at least five trials, they will be entitled to two trials at the associations of their choice. Throughout the day, it will be possible to watch demonstrations and sporting exhibitions, but also to try out, participate in and play the activities offered by the associations present.

At the rock climbing gym, the former Bertonasso quarry located behind La Fabrica in Via IV Novembre 19, it will be possible to practise sport climbing with Uisp and Fasi instructors.

Participation in the activities is free of charge.
