Pizza Festival in Piazza del Popolo

The original Avigliana Pizza Festival, sponsored by the municipality of Avigliana, will be a real pizza festival prepared in all its flavors and versions. Seven ovens, always on, 14 pizza makers who will knead, bake and serve pizzas from midday to evening, bringing the goodness and authenticity of pizza to the square. There will be street food with fried dumplings, fried pizza, cuoppo and traditional Neapolitan desserts; puff pastry and panzerotti and food operators with grills (for those who don’t like pizza). Inside the Festival you can find the craft beers of the Soralamà Group.

Music, shows and entertainment for children and families will be present at the Pizza Festival. Furthermore, within the event, there will be a free children’s area to play, color and participate in workshops. Dj set every evening from 8.30 pm to 11.30pm

In the field the excellence of the tradition of the art of pizza, made with the best products, the healthiest and tastiest, to offer the authentic flavor of the most Italian of culinary products. Directly from Campania will be the Maestro Pizzaiolo Antonio Romeo, the Maestro Pizzaiolo Salvatore Greco, the 2016 Italian champion Vittorio Astorino, the rising stars Vincenzo Romeo and Gaetano Russo and many others…

As part of the event there will be a stand dedicated to Italian beer and food stands with “Friends of Pizza” products such as fried pizza, puff pastry and panzerotti and food operators with grills (for those who do not like pizza) and fried dumplings.

The Pizza Festival program is confirmed even in case of rain, admission to the stands, the children’s area and the shows is FREE for all days of the event.
