Nordic walking between history, culture and environment

Saturday 9 October 2021 Uisp vallesusa, with the patronage of the Alpi Cozie park and the Municipality of Avigliana in collaboration with the Asd Nordic walking Volpiano, Asd Iride: organizes an afternoon of Nordic walking through two itineraries that wind between the center historic center of Avigliana, the two lakes and the park area

1st itinerary – of a historical and cultural nature
from piazza del Popolo through piazza Conte Rosso, ruins of Castello, Mount Capretto with arrival in the park area on Lake Grande.
positive height difference mt. 250 – length 8 km. approximately
meeting at 2 pm in Piazza del Popolo, departure at 2.30 pm – arrival before 5.30 pm

2nd itinerary – of a naturalistic environmental nature
from the church of San Pietro towards the hamlet of Sada, Lago Piccolo, around the lake entrance to the park area from Lago Grande.
positive difference in height mt. 150 – length 10 km. approximately
Meeting at 2 pm at the church of San Pietro, departure at 2.30 pm – arrival before 5.30 pm

both itineraries will be led by nature guides and guides from the Alpi Cozie park. Participation is free.
