Parents of boys and girls born in 2024 are invited to the Welcome Party that will be held on Saturday 17 May 2025 at 10:30 am at the gym of the La Fabrica center. The Born to Read and Born to Music projects are supported by the Cultural Association of Pediatricians, the Italian Library Association and the Child Health Center and are designed specifically for families with newborn children, to create opportunities to introduce them to books, readings and music suitable for the age of boys and girls. The sound of the reassuring voice of parents, while reading or singing, intensifies the indissoluble bond between newborns and parents. Encouraging reading and music from early childhood is a valid tool to promote the well-being and complete development of children, especially in the first three years of life.

For the occasion, the municipal administration, the Primo Levi civic library of Avigliana and the Roberto Goitre music education study center, a local organization at the forefront in the field of music education for children and pre-adolescents, the widespread family center with its own playbus, a small traveling playroom, a project created by Csda and the Conisa Valle di Susa and Val Sangone consortium for the promotion of activities aimed at families, girls and boys, will be present and will intervene.
