Stalls displaying and selling local products, street food with products from the Slow Food presidia and lots of Drubiaglio blond and flat onions, show-cooking of typical dishes based on the onion, which has long been recognised as a DeCo and recently became a Slow Food presidium.

The farmers who cultivate the Drubiaglio onion and preserve its seed are few and far between.

Agriculture, territory and local peculiarities, new in 2025 the special Welcome tour dedicated to this precious vegetable organised by Turismo Torino e Provincia
