Guided tours romain villa in Almese
On Sunday 18 July it will be possible to visit the Roman Villa of Almese to discover how the Romans lived in the Susa Valley in the first century AD. The guided tour, led by an archaeologist and volunteers from the Ar.c.A association in Almese, will take you to discover Roman architecture and culture. Going back in time it will be possible to enter the rooms of the villa which, together with the Roman Villa of Caselette, is one of the most important suburban residential complexes of the Roman era in Piedmont. The Roman Villa of Almese will be open from 16.00 to 19.00 with the first visit starting at 16.00 while the second is scheduled at 17.30.
