The Aviglianese Archaeological Association – A3, with the patronage of the City of Avigliana, organizes the Archeoapericena entitled: “Medieval castles development and evolution of an icon of the Middle Ages at the La Rosa Rossa restaurant. The Aosta Valley example” with the archaeologist Mauro Cortelazzo
Menu offered by the Rosa Rossa restaurant: buffet consisting of pizzas, focaccia, pretzels, omelettes, quiche, veal with tuna sauce, cold cuts and cheeses, cockerel salad with crunchy vegetables, barley salad with pesto, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, seafood salad and salad Russian. Followed by a first choice between agnolotti with roast sauce or gnocchi alla sorrentina, wine, drinks and coffee included.

The cost is 19€ per person, of which 1 € to support the activities of the archaeological association. Free for children under 5. From 5 to 12 years the cost is 13 €.
