Archeoaperitif -Pub Bel Sugné

The Aviglianese Archaeological Association – A3, with the patronage of the City of Avigliana and in collaboration with the Graffio Typography and the Lago Grande Restaurant, organizes the Archeoapericena at the Bel Sugné entitled: “Fortified architecture along the Susa Valley in the late Middle Ages. Avigliana – The original diocese of Susa. The eighteenth century of Valsusa ”
Dialogues with Andrea Longhi, professor of architectural history at the Turin Polytechnic, Paola Comba, archaeologist and Andrea Maria Ludovici, art historian and archivist.
The menu proposed by the Bel Sugné includes a steak of fassone with parmesan flakes, a cheese salad with walnuts and celery, a vegetable flan with Castelmagno cream and risotto.

For children up to 10 years, there is a reduced menu.
